After the glide we checked into a new guest house belonging to the Tibetan Community near Garden Cafe.
We freshened up and went for a bite and some shopping to the main market.
 |
Some tribal necklaces in semi precious stones and brass that I really liked but could not buy as they were expensive |
 |
Some shopping wearing the traditional Khampa cap and spinning the prayer wheel. |
The prayer wheel is also called Mani or Mani wheel. It is believed that spinning the prayer wheel helps one accumulate wisdom & good karma and wipe away bad karma.
 |
Hiten with the prayer wheel wearing the traditional Khampa hat |
I bought some more prayer flags - this time the bigger ones with Buddha mantras for my hostel room and a tiny little mobile hanging with a prayer wheel. Its on my phone already:)

There it is! Yesss... and he burst out laughing :-p |
Since we had already spent about 2500/- rupees each for paragliding today we decided to have a not-so-expensive meal tonight :-p
We weren't too hungry so we ordered just one Margarita Pizza and 2 coffee. We thought we could eat the bread, jam, chocolates, namkeen and peanuts we have at our hotel if hunger strikes later :)

Some free nautanki by Sahil |
